L3 is an internship program at
Pittsfield Assembly of God in Pittsfield, IL. Pittsfield Assembly is an outreach driven church in a rural setting that values teaching, training, and sending leaders. We provide interns with hands on ministry opportunies in all areas including: children's, youth, young adult, family services, outreaches, media, and worship.

At L3 we believe that ministry is done with people for people. We provide oppotunities for each intern to reach out to the people in Pittsfield's community. It is our desire for interns to leave L3 ready to reach out to people.
It is our desire for each L3 intern to grow in their love for God and people during their time at the church. We provide interns with time to pray and connect with God, as well as practical ministry experience connecting with youth, kids, and adults.
As a church we believe that part of our task it to succesfully send each intern into ministry. At its core, Pittsfield Assembly is a training and sending church. Our desire is to equip each intern with the necessary skills to be the "light in the world."
